Summary:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will be discreet, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the executive.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments.
- Maintain confidential records and filing systems.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal staff, clients, and external partners.
- Provide personal and administrative support as required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
