Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a senior sales officer who can be developing sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets,managing and mentoring junior sales staffs,negotiating contracts,pricing and deals with customers.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in sales and marketing
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in field sales.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling agricultural or FMCG products is an added advantage.
- Strong customer acquisition and retention skills
- Excellent communication andnegotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage
