Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a sales administrator who can support the sales team by handling organization, communication and administrative tasks so as sales representative can focus on selling.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in business administration,sales,marketing,supply chain or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales administration,coordination or commercial operations.
- Experience working in FMCG, agriculture,animal feeds or production-based companies is an added advantage.
- Proven knowledge of stock management, FIFO principles and inventory movement.
- Proficiency in ms excel,sales records and basic reporting systems.
- Ability to coordinate sales activities across production, farms, depots and retail outlets.
- Strong understanding of order processing,sales coordination and customer account management.
