Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a sales administrator who can support the sales team by handling organization, communication and administrative tasks so as sales representative can focus on selling.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Diploma/Bachelor degree in business administration,sales,marketing,supply  chain or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales administration,coordination or commercial operations.
  3. Experience working in FMCG, agriculture,animal feeds or production-based companies is an added advantage.
  4. Proven knowledge of stock management, FIFO principles and inventory movement.
  5. Proficiency in ms excel,sales records and basic reporting systems.
  6. Ability to coordinate sales activities across production, farms, depots and retail outlets.
  7. Strong understanding of order processing,sales coordination and customer account management.
